Hank the Pot

Hank’s Tea Party turns the familiar teapot into an unruly character. With its oversized mouth, protruding tongue and exaggerated features, the handmade ceramic vessel seems caught somewhere between serving tea and causing trouble. Its removable sculptural lid extends the character beyond the vessel itself. Functional yet deliberately eccentric, the work blurs the boundary between everyday object and sculpture.
